Chalmers Pyjamas is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If your pyjamas do not fit perfectly the first time you are welcome to exchange it for another size, style or colourway.
To return your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Once you have been assigned a RA number, please post your order to:

When returning goods, please enclose:

A pre-paid postage bag pre-filled with return address information and contact details
Please note, Chalmers Pyjamas does not cover return postage costs. This cost is at your own expense. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.
All items to be exchanged must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
For Australian returns, all exchange garments need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery. For international returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from the date of shipping.
Chalmers Pyjamas cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a store credit. Chalmers Pyjamas does not offer refunds for change of mind.
In the unlikely event that pyjamas are faulty, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. We will not fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration and colour running. Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure you do not encounter such problems and to prolong the life of your garment. Chalmers Pyjamas holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are.
Once we receive your return package we will promptly process your exchange and notify you via email once your new package is on its way.
